SiriusBlue
AUS 32 · Diesel Exhaust Fluid
Made in Riyadh. Supplied across the Kingdom.
Diesel exhaust fluid degrades in heat. Ours is blended right here in Riyadh — not shipped across an ocean and left standing in a container through a Gulf summer — then delivered fresh across Saudi Arabia.

Three customers, in their own words.
Reliable supply, competitive prices, and responsive support — SiriusBlue has become our go-to DEF provider in the UAE. Their 1000L IBC deliveries are always on time, and the quality has been flawless across our fleet.
As a construction company operating in remote areas, we needed a supplier who could deliver DEF on-site without delays. SiriusBlue's local production and flexible packaging made all the difference. Their team even helped us optimize our storage system.
We stock DEF at all our fuel stations, and product consistency is non-negotiable. The SiriusBlue 10L and 20L retail packs are well-branded, easy to handle, and have become a strong seller. Their wholesale margins are very reasonable too.

Asked before every first order.

- What is DEF?
- It is a Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF) used in Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) systems in diesel vehicles. It helps reduce harmful nitrogen oxide (NOx) emissions and is essential for environmental compliance.
- Read the full guide
- What packaging sizes do you offer?
- Four sizes. 10L jerrycan, for retail and individual use. 20L jerrycan, for medium-scale operations. 200L drum, available on request. 1000L IBC tote, for high-volume and industrial users.

- Do you deliver across the KSA?
- We deliver from our Riyadh plant to every region of the Kingdom, with bulk delivery schedules available for B2B clients. Contact us to confirm the lead time for your city.
- Do you offer 24/7 support?
- Yes. Our customer support is available 24/7 to answer your questions, arrange deliveries, or provide technical assistance.
- Is SiriusBlue suitable for all diesel vehicles with SCR systems?
- Yes. Our DEF is compatible with all makes and models of diesel vehicles that require DEF, including trucks, buses, machinery, and commercial fleets.
- Does DEF expire?
- Yes. DEF typically has a shelf life of 12 to 18 months when stored properly in sealed containers and at temperatures between -5°C and 25°C. Avoid freezing and direct sunlight to maintain effectiveness.
- Read the full guide
- Can DEF freeze or degrade in high temperatures?
- It freezes at -11°C, but SCR systems are designed to thaw it automatically, so freezing does not damage the fluid. Heat is the real risk: prolonged exposure above 30°C degrades it. In a Saudi summer that makes storage conditions, and how long the fluid has already been in transit, the things worth asking about.
- Read the full guide
- What is the average consumption of DEF per vehicle?
- On average, diesel vehicles use DEF at a rate of 3–5% of diesel consumption. For example, a truck that burns 100 litres of diesel needs roughly 3 to 5 litres of DEF.
- Read the full guide
- Is DEF hazardous or flammable?
- No. DEF is non-toxic, non-flammable, and environmentally safe when handled correctly. It does corrode some metals, so always use compatible containers and equipment. Full handling detail is in the Safety Data Sheet.
- Is SiriusBlue DEF certified?
- Our DEF is produced in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and is built to meet the ISO 22241 standard for purity, safety and performance. Independent certification is in progress; the certificate will be published here once issued.
- Read the full guide
- Who do you supply?
- Fleet operators, construction and industrial companies, fuel stations and auto service centres, government and municipal fleets, and logistics and delivery providers.
- Can I request a custom quote or regular supply agreement?
- Yes. Send us the package mix, the quantity and the delivery city and we will come back with pricing, a delivery schedule, or wholesale terms.
- How should DEF be stored?
- In a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight, in sealed containers, using clean equipment. Contamination is as damaging as heat — a dirty funnel is enough to put a batch out of spec.
- Read the full guide
- How is the quality of DEF measured?
- ISO 22241 sets the criteria: urea concentration at 32.5%, plus limits on purity and contaminants. We check every batch against the values on our current Safety Data Sheet before it is released for loading, and those values are published on this site rather than described.
- Read the full guide
- What happens if I use contaminated or low-quality DEF?
- It can damage the SCR system, trigger engine warning lights, put the vehicle out of compliance with emissions regulations, and lead to expensive repairs or downtime. That is the reason we blend under controlled conditions, check batch by batch, and publish the numbers we check against.
